If you want to lose weight, you dont need gym,money or expensive diets.All you need is passion and the will to do it.If you have a busy schedule,no time for gym all you have to do is take out 30 minutes from your schedule and start this workout wherever you are.There is no need of equipments, weights or any trainer just follow these 4 simple exercises and see the change within a month:
1. Spot jogging (30 secs)
2. Jumping Jacks (30 secs)
3. standing knees raises (30 secs)
4. Sumo jump Squats (30 secs)
Make sure you are doing all these exercises continously without rest, take rest for 1 minute after completing one set and then repeat the complete sequence 4 times. In the beginning do every exercise for 30 secs but after a week do every exercise for 1 minute.
So guys keep the will strong, follow these exercises and see the change in a month.
