Hi sir. I had just started your series of workout for women at home after a break of a year. I had done day 1 exercise for 2 days alternately. However today while doing the fat loss program of 10 mins I felt terrible lower back pain while doing curls and I couldn't continue for more than 8 reps. Can you pls advise me where did I go wrong? Also I had done the exercises with belt on.
