Heyyyyyyyy Guys,

This video is so special to me because this is all about my transformation and my weight loss journey. I’ve been overweight most of my teenage life and I know how it can feel sometimes, so i hope this inspires and helps some of you!!

I lost 15 kgs in 3 months without exercising & by just following a low carb and healthy diet and because of that healthy diet I lost a lot of weight.

I hope this video motivates and is helpful for people who are on their weight loss journey.
