Hi Lucy! I absolutely love you for doing this. I was a professional ballerina sitting at the maximum of 110lbs. I injured myself last year (not dancing but at work) and had over 6 months of bed rest, But my appetite didn't rest. I gained more than 50lbs. Now I'm moving again but my movement is still minimal. I actually had my doubts about this 7 day challenge because nothing has worked. I wish I measured myself before I started but I didn't because, like I said, I had my doubts and my movement is very minimal. Today was my last day of the challenge and I dropped an entire size. I started wearing my smaller clothes about 2 day's ago. I have always had healthy eating habbits but it wasn't enough. I love this morning workout. I can't do it like you do. I actually can't even touch my toes. BUT I STILL GOT RESULTS! I have been sending this video to everybody I know. My sister is on day three and she saw results immediately.

About to keep at this for 7 days. For accountability, I will write my measurements. 32" for smallest part and 43.5" for largest part of my hip. I do want to keep my hips though 😀 Will be back again in 7 days to put my measurements. I will be doing this morning and evening, increase my water intake and reduce carb intake. Who is with me? Let's do this.

Hey guys I’m trying this and today is my third day.

Day 1: it was easy but you have to do a warm up before u start so ur muscles don’t hurt

Day 2: a bit harder than day 1 but that’s because I didn’t do warm up

Day 3: I did warm up but it was very hard than day 1 and 2 and I couldn’t breath well during the workout.

wth is that training?? I had been training various sports since I was 14 now I am 25. 2 years ago I had an accident and hospitalized for 4 months and I didnt exercised till now except jogging etc. and I started smoking because of god knows what. I just saw this video and thought how hard can it be I am a big boy training all my life and I cant be that rusty. Well I was that rusty. Just completed it and I am sweating like a w… in a church and so out of breath. My lungs hurts. I decided now and I quit smoking. thank you for making me realize how bad it was for me and thank you for this great video

omg… I never realized how out of shape i was.. I've just started exercising and I'm on day 5… I wanted more cardio than what I had, and this is great! I'm on day one, but I will definitely be doing the next 6 as well

Day one: it was actually pretty easy to do and was a good,quick workout

Day two: my abdomen felt sore so i guess its working

I've only done it once a day but I'm going to start doing it twice a day to (hopefully) see better results

Day three: i did it 2 times in a row i dont see a difference in size at all but maybe i'll be thinner by the end of this week

I started diet and exercise the beginning of September following lots of Lucy’s workouts and have lost so far 38 pounds. I don’t see it on myself (it’s always harder to see it on yourself) but I can tell how much easier these workouts are for me. The abdominal crunch at the end was very hard for me at first. I would tell myself to only do 30 and take rests during the minute. Now I can do 75-80. Still have to take little breaks but then I keep going and it’s so much easier for me now and that makes me so motivated! I know I will eventuallly be able to do the whole minute no breaks! Keep going and you will see improvements!!
