Hi friends! Welcome to TPL!
Wondering how to have oats as an interesting breakfast or simply as a snack option. Granola, it is! Do not be mistaken by considering the store bought granola to be a healthier alternative to other sugar loaded breakfast cereal. Today you will see four different ways of making homemade granola to cater to everyone’s need. It’s always good to be sure what goes into our body.

First :– POWER HOUSE GRANOLA
INGREDIENTS:-
-2 cup rolled oats
-2Tbsp sunflower seeds
-2Tbsp pumpkin seeds
-1/2cup quartered pecans
-4Tbsp dried cranberries
-4Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
-2Tbsp chia seeds
-2Tbsp brown sugar
-2Tbsp vegetable oil
-2Tbsp honey
-1/2tsp vanilla extract
-Pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS:-
-Preheat oven to 350F / 180C
-Combine oats, pecans, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, brown sugar, salt in a mixing bowl.
-Now add the wet ingredients, vegetable oil, honey, vanilla extract.
-Mix well and Spread the mixture on a parchment lined baking tray.
-Bake for 12-15minutes until golden brown, tossing up half way through.
-Once the granola is crisp and golden, allow it to cool completely.
-Add cranberries, coconut flakes and chia seeds.
-Enjoy!

Second:- CHOCO SPELL GRANOLA
INGREDIENTS:-
-2 cup rolled oats
-2tsp cardamom powder
-2tsp cinnamon powder
-1/2cup cashew halves
-1/2cup quartered walnuts
-4Tbsp dark chocolate chips
-2Tbsp mini white chocolate chips
-2Tbsp olive oil
-4Tbsp maple syrup
-zest of one lemon
-Pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS:-
-Preheat oven to 350F / 180C
-Combine oats, cashews, walnuts, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, lemon zest, salt in a mixing bowl.
-Now add the wet ingredients, olive oil and maple syrup.
-Mix well and Spread the mixture on a parchment lined baking tray.
-Bake for 12-15minutes until golden brown, tossing up half way through.
-Once you transfer the tray onto a cooling rack add dark chocolate chips so that due to the heat still present the granola gets well coated in chocolate.
-Allow it to cool completely.
-Now add mini white chocolate chips.
-Enjoy!

Third:- COCONUT MAGIC GRANOLA
INGREDIENTS:-
-2 cup rolled oats
-4 Tbsp blended oats or oats flour
-3 Tbsp black raisins
-6Tbsp{4+2} unsweetened shredded coconut
-4Tbsp chia seeds
-4Tbsp sliced almonds
-2Tbsp coconut sugar
-2Tbsp coconut oil
-3Tbsp maple syrup
-2 tsp vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:-
-Preheat oven to 350F / 180C
-Combine oats, blended oats, almonds, shredded coconut, chia seeds, coconut sugar in a mixing bowl.
-Now add the wet ingredients, coconut oil, vanilla extract and maple syrup.
-Mix well and Spread the mixture on a parchment lined baking tray.
-Bake for 12-15minutes until golden brown, tossing up half way through.
-Allow it to cool completely.
-Now add raisins and more shredded coconut.
-Enjoy!

Fourth:- SAVORY SAVIOR GRANOLA
INGREDIENTS:-
-2 cup rolled oats
-6Tbsp crushed almonds
-6Tbsp crushed walnuts
-3 Tbsp unhulled sesame seeds
-11/2 tsp freshly chopped rosemary
-11/2tsp freshly chopped thyme
-1tsp garlic powder
-1tsp smoked paprika
-2Tbsp sesame oil
-1Tbsp honey
-1 egg white
-half lemon juice
-zest of one lemon
-salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:-
-Preheat oven to 350F / 180C
-Combine oats, almonds, walnuts, sesame seeds, garlic powder, smoked paprika, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest, salt and pepper to taste in a mixing bowl.
-Now mix the wet ingredients in a seperate bowl , sesame oil, lemon juice, honey and egg white.
-Add the wet mixture to the dry ones and mix well.
Spread the mixture on a parchment lined baking tray.
-Bake for 12-15minutes until golden brown, tossing up half way through.
-Allow it to cool completely.
-Enjoy!

STORAGE:-
-Once completely cool, transfer to any air tight container.
– Store the same on a kitchen counter at room temperature if you will consume within 2-3weeks or in fridge for maximum freshness more than a month.
