nice…its true exercise is good for health…but people always have excuses for not doing it…..so agar ap log exercise nai kar skte tu altleast walk karen 30 minutes tak….girl aur woman agr ghar ke mostly kam khud karen tu ye kam bhi ak exercise ka he kam karte hain
