Doing this now. Be back for a week to see if this workout works. I have an insane schedule coming up but will push this through.
*Day 1, I don't think this workout does the trick for me I felt bloated in the morning, I have tried and followed some of her advices, I had a hard time cutting of chips. Will still push this exercise alongside other workouts I wanna try.
