10-20 burpees followed by a 20 second rest
move into mountain climber \ push ups followed by a 20 second rest
and finish your cardio circuit off with floggers.
give yourself a minute rest and hit those triceps with dips using chairs. Move straight into overhead extensions using the back of the chair and repeat that process.
you can restart from the beginning or finish off your workout with plank knee-raises followed by as many push ups as you can do! remember to stretch, stay blessed!
