so help me out here im 16 years old boy who eats only soup full of vegetables and good salades and many apples and banans im not ona. diet i just eat healthy. im regurally out of home. i walk i run i play. and also i drink a yellow eggs in the morning but im still not loosing weight. thats because i dont have candy out here in my place. and i dont sit allot mmost of it playing vidzo games but only 2-3 hours per day. other parts of the my day are occupied by helping the dad. bringing and shopping for the family. i just dont get why i dont loose weight as well as i dont have that much stamina.
