GUYS PLEASE BARE IN MINE THAT I’M JUST YOUR AVERAGE GAMER. ME LOSING WEIGHT IS HUGE FOR SOMEONE LIKE ME AND I’M SURE SOME CAN RELATE TO THIS.
So breakfast I have pasta, i know not your usual breakfast. Then i snack on an apple and another piece of fruit, in between breakfast and lunch i drink 1 litre of water to keep me full so i don’t eat crap foods. Lunch time – I eat either one sandwich made with three slices of bread (no crusts) Or i will have 1 tin of beans. Then I have 1 alpen light bar (if i have bread i can’t have these alpen bars BTW) I also drink one litre of water again in between lunch and dinner, i have another apple or two, 2 satsumas or other citrus fruits, grapes, some watermelon,some cucumber. for dinner I like to have jacket potato, (I never have ready meals) (Tip don’t have too much dairy food through out the day) with the potato i have beans, sometimes a very small amount of cheese, and a lot of salad. Chicken is also something good to have in your dinner. After dinner i have my second alpen light bar, 2 satsumas, one yogurt (greekstyle) can’t remember the brand, sometimes i have more cucumber, that usually lasts me the whole day obviously depending on when I eat my meals.
