Hi guys! In this video I will show you a great way how to lose fat. Now during the video I recommended to increase you protein intake and decrease the amounts of carbohydrates and fats you get. I chose to say this because Im quite sure that most of you still dont get enough protein. So in order to know how much protein you should take, just multiply your weight by 2 and this will be the amount of protein you need in a day. So for me it is 65*2=130grams.
