Thank you! I was 300 lbs. My friend was 170lbs we started a diet plan each took 500 calories off our normal eatting. Walked 5miles a day in the mornings. And drinking 1 gallon of water a day. I lost on average 2- 3lbs a week. And she was losing about 1/2 a lb a week. She was mad frustrated thought i was cheating and cutting more calories or doing something else. What she disnt understand was my body used more activity than hers for the exercise we did plus i had way more weight to lose! Im so glad someone explained this!

Wow just wow. Thank you so so much for making this video!!! It has taken me 1.5 years to lose 13 lbs and i used to obsess over why i wasnt losing 1-2 lbs a week and i finally recently realized that in the long run, ive been on the right trajectory and need to ignore all the misinformation on the internet.
