RECIPES:

PROTEIN PANCAKES:
two eggs
two bananas (If frozen let thaw for a few minutes)
40-50 g of protein powder
Mix all of the ingredients in a blender. Cook the better in a pan as you would normal pancakes.
Keep in fridge and reheat as needed.

ALMOND CRUSTED CHICKEN STRIPS:
two raw chicken tenderloins
one egg
about 24 almonds
garlic salt
basil
salt and pepper to taste
Put the almonds in a baggie and crush them with a rolling pin. Once crushed, in a bowl mix with basil, garlic salt, and salt and pepper. I just eyeball it, but I put a good but in there. Mix the spices in with the crushed almonds. Dip the chicken in the egg, then dip it in the almonds mixture to get it thoroughly coated.
Cook on 350 on a cookie sheet for 15 minutes. Flip them over and cook for 12-15 more minutes.
Goes great with sweet potato fries that you can place on the sheet next to them while they cook. You just have to make sure you cut the fries or slices thin so they are cropper with they come out. Coat the sweet potato slices in olive oil and salt and pepper if you want to do that.
