I had a mini weight loss journey myself, and I’m perfectly happy with my weight now (and no, I’m not at my lowest) so I wanted to share everything I’ve learned and the things that have helped me maintain my physique. But the most important thing I want you to remember is to LOVE YOURSELF THROUGH THE PROCESS- your soul is the same at any weight. You are beautiful!
