– Save money on food that is not helping you to lose weight
– Use the saved money to buy healthier snacks or a new outfit to encourage you to workout.
#3- 2:04 EAT MINTS INSTEAD OF CHEWING GUM
– Gum has loads of sugar which causes crazy cravings.
-Sugar spikes your blood level & sends messages to your brain causing you to binge eat and not realize it.
– Gum makes you dehydrated and sometimes we confuse dehydration with hunger…which adds up causing you to slowly put on weight.
#4- 2:55 DESK WORKOUTS
-Posture changes over time will help you to appear leaner and slim
-Mini workouts will strengthen your core
– You’re sitting in a desk and you have to stay awake, might as well burn fat.

-You’re already there so you’ll have to get it done once you join.

– Whoever cooks most of your meals or buys your groceries can include some healthy options. What you eat is 80% of your fat loss results, so if exercising is your struggle, eating nutritious food consistently will help TONS!!!
