Weight loss is a very trendy topic in health area. everyone want to lose weight. the main obstacle in weightloss is, every one want to lose weight without starve themselves out,very limited workout or not workout at all.
This diet recipe can lose upto 10 pounds in 10 days. its not a magic pills or crush diet to make you weak. you have to just follow the rules of this diet strictly to make best result out of it.

Before Breakfast:
Before starting breakfast or got up from bed. try to drink a detox your body by a powerful detox water.

Squeezing one fresh lemon into a glass of cold water. Drink it on empty stomach to detox body from toxins, it

also helps to boost your metabolism.

Breakfast:
Its always better to incorporate sufficient amount of fruits in your breakfast. fruits can be eat through

out the day but best time for taking fruits is morning because the sugars from fruits are distributed nicely

through our body.
Menu:
2 Medium Size orange
2 A apples
1 grapefruits.
2 pears
4-5 pices of almonds or nuts.

Lunch:
You can take a 2-3 pieces of cooked chicken.To avoid bread in you lunch get two cups of sour milk or yogurt with your lunch.
add some boiled veggies as a side dish for your meat.

Snacks
Few hours after your lunch, it is time for a snack.don’t take any chips or chocolate for your snacks. Make a

fresh seasonal salad and add a pinch of salt and some olive oil for test.

Dinner:
Try to take dinner within 8 PM. Take a two hard boiled eggs green salad or cucumber salad with olive oil.

After Dinner:
Prepare a detox drinks with one liter of water with 4 bags of green tea without sugar and drink it between dinner to bedtime. Drink it as a alternative to water.
