Sir meri height 5 10 hai. Aur weight 96. Mujhe 70 kg tk lose karna hai. Jiske liye abhi meri diet h. 1 glass warm water early morning.2 roti breakfast, 3 roti lunch & 2 roti dinner(with normal vegetables and roti without ghee). 3 times green tea. And kuch bhi bahar ka nai le rha hu like no junkfood. Iske saath main morning me 30 se 40 min walk & jogging kar rha hu. Kya main shi track pe hu aur isme kuch add ya minus karna hai to please bataiye.
