Just updating you guys with a video. I’ve increased a lot of cardio, doing 4 sets of 10-12 with a burnout on almost every lift. I’m definitely exhausted with playing ball 3-4 times a week, but at least it’s a fun way to get in shape and lose the excess fat! Still eating quite a lot of food, but eating better than I have the past few months.
