In this challenge i will test the boiled egg diet challenge to see how much weight / fat i can lose in 7 days. I was able to lose 5 kg 22 pounds in 7 days 1 week through diet alone and no exercise. This has been a very popular diet claiming that people can lose up to 10 kilos/ 22 pounds in 2 weeks. so i will be putting this theory to the test for my self trying to loose as much weight as possible with diet alone and no exercise. will it work ????????? I will also be doing an update in a few days to provide an overview of the diet with the pros and cons along with the potential of possible weight gain when the diet is over.
