DAY 1- All fruits except bananas
DAY 2- All veg, avoid oil and coconut, boil potatoes for breakfast
DAY 3- All fruit and veg, except bananas and potato
DAY 4- bananas 8 and 3 glasses of milk,
Day 5- 1 cup of rice 6 Tomatoes
DAY 6- Fruit and juices
DAY 7- cheat day

I knew I wasn’t a healthy weight. Fashionable clothes just looked wrong on me, even if they fitted correctly. I was having to buy bigger sizes far too often.
