Friends, agar aap jaldi me hain aur jaldi apna weight kam karna chahte hain to jarur is Diet Plan aajmae.

Diet Plan shuru karne se pehle main aaplogo ko ek bat bata dun ki Pure 7 din aapko rojana 3-4 liter gunguna pani pina hai. Frizz ka thanda pani bilkul na piye. Alcohal, Oil and mashala na le. Junk food to bilkul bhi na khaye.

To shuru karte hain 7 Days Diet plan……………………………………………………………………….

1st Day- 1st days aapko kewal Fruits khana hai. Apple, Pineapple, Watermelon, and aap koi sa bhi fruits kha sakte hain. Lekin Banana na khaye. Bhukhe na rahe, Jab bhi bhukh lage fruits khaye. Pani pite rahe.

2nd Day- 2nd day aapko kewal Vegetable hi khana hai. Khachhi khane wali sabji kachha hi khaye. Agar kachhi nhi kha sakte hain to sabji ko ubal lijiye ya thoda sa fry kar lijiye. Fry me Refind ka use kijiye. Mashale ka use na kare.
Patta gobhi, Gajar, Kakdi, Tamatar, Shimla mirch aap kachhi kha sakte hain. Baki ki sabji or palak aap Boiled karke kha sakte hain. Water To pite hi rahe but thanda pani bilkul nahi.

3rd Day- Aaj aap Vegetable and Fruits jitna khana chahe, kha sakte hain. Aalu and Potato na le.
Pani jyada se jyada le.

4th Day- Aaj aapko 6-8 Banana and 3-4 Glass Milk lena hai. Aaj hi aapko apna belly fat kam dikhega. Banana me Potasium and Sodium ki sufficient matra hoti hai. In 3 dino me aapke sharir me jo namak ki kami hui hogi wo banana se khatma ho jaega. Sath me pani bharpur matra me lete rahe.

5th Day- 5th day aapko Tamatar and Paneer khana hai. Sath me Chana, Mung ka ankurit dal khaye. Paneer 200 g se jyada mat khaye, and Paneer ko fry mat kijiyega. Tamatar aap kachha kha sakte hain. lekin agar aapko soup pasand hai to soup pi sakte hain. Jitna chahe pani pite rahe. Pani ke liye main aapko bar bar keh rhi hun. pani lete rahe.

6th Day- Isdin aap fruits khaiye, ankurit chana and mung kha sakte hain. Tamatar and sabjiyan kha sakte hain. Aap chahe to sabjiyon ka juice bhi banakar kha sakte hain. Pani khub pite rahe.

7th Day- Ab aate hain 7th day par. Aaj aap kafi halka mahsus karenge. Aaj aap ek roti ya thoda sa broun rice kha sakte hain. Taaza falo ka juice bhi pi sakte hain. Aaj aap sabjiyon ko boil karke bhi kha sakte hain.
