On the other hand consuming a diet high in fat with a moderate amount of protein will be the necessary step to take in order to utilise the body’s fat burning process. If you can stick to a strict high-fat, low-carb diet and begin intermittent fasting, you should have no problems watching the weight drop off – what’s more is you can do it all without the need for strenuous daily exercise!
