I`ve got eczema for most of my entire life; just some red-colored spots within the crooks of my own elbows as well as legs. The very first few days, it was a bit flaky. There is no more irritation immediately after testing this particular eczema guide “Rαsοkο Kuzo” (Gοοgle it). Soon after the 4th time of adhering to the guide, I notice the flakiness to be disappeared and also the impacted part are healed. .

Andrea Ledet says:

Does flaking of the skin mean that its healing? I've started using coconut oil on my skin and taking coconut oil and Epsom salt baths along with taking Vitamin E and D3 orally and my skin is flaking now

dolb owen says:

I use a spinning toothbrush from walmart with dove soap 🧼 and natural shea butter for moisture 😅

When i remove my dead skin the skin under it is super red and stays red for days. My skin actually looks better when i leave it on. It sucks because sometimes a patch will come off and i'll have to get rid of all of it.

Dr Dray is probably crying watching this.

Thomas Bolton says:

I am new to TSW and desperately searching for answers to ease the itching, and speed recovery! I currently gently exfoliate while taking a shower, gently rubbing the dead skin off with my hands as I let the water run on affected areas. Thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Reactie S says:

But exfoliating everyday is not good for your skin

Haven Luckenbill says:

Slate – the stone – is a fantastic gentle exfoliation tool. Imagine something like a blackboard. That's what I'm using right now on my eczema. Just make sure to use some very tender aftercare. And thanks for the aloe tip! I have a live plant that I cultivate just for skin care, but I completely forgot about it! I hope that'll help my post-exfoliation skin heal well. 🙂

stacy lewis says:

To exfoliate put a green tea bag (Lipton) in warm cup of water for 10 seconds squeeze the water out of the tea bag tear open and use the tea leaves put on your skin and rub vigorously. You can rub on any part of your body I used this method on my face and it removed all my dry dead skin.

stacy lewis says:

I always enjoy watching your videos, my skin problems started in my 40's, it was very frustrating after watching your videos I did a 20 day water fast and my skin was the best I had ever been, but what really works for me this is my secret it is drinking hot water twice a day first thing in the morning and before I go to sleep at night this has eliminated all my skin problems.

Gloria Agboglo says:
